Bridge messages not being claimed by the postman

Messages stuck means some are in flight (SENT, PENDING, ANCHORED) and nothing was claimed for 45 minutes. Needs attention means messages ended in CLAIMED_REVERTED, NON_EXECUTABLE, NEEDS_MANUAL_INTERVENTION or FEE_UNDERPRICED. In INC-14 the RPC node dropped 41 signed claim txs, left a nonce gap, and the postman's own cancel-and-reset path crashed, so no later claim could be mined.
ImpactmoreDeposits do not arrive on L2 (deposit SLOs burn); withdrawals cannot be claimed on L1. No funds are lost: every message can be claimed later. SEV2 if deposits wait over 30 minutes, SEV3 otherwise. CLAIMED_REVERTED alone can be cosmetic: the message was claimed by another tx (INC-14, two such rows).

Keep the lab patch for the cancel-path BigInt bug until upstream fixes it (INC-14 A1)
Re-broadcast or cancel a pending claim whose tx hash disappeared from the pool, instead of waiting forever
Escalation
If deposits are still unclaimed an hour after a reset, page the IC: check the postman's L2 signer balance and the L2 message service contract state before more resets.
